Credit Card Processing Comdata Review – Is It Worth the Cost? It is not their right to keep it from me.

I have unknowingly racked up over $6.00 in fees for doing this.

They are prepaid so that employees don't overspend their allotted expense account funds. They make it difficult to withdraw your money. I tried to avoid the misfortune of dealing with this scavenger hunt by transferring my money to my actual bank account. After 20 mins I got a supervisor on the line who stated that my request was denied. I have my own bank account, I shouldn't need your stupid card, and when I speak with your customer service I don't want to hear that I have to wait 10 days for my paycheck to be direct deposited into my bank account. This is predatory payroll.

Is Comdata AP Automation the right Accounts Payable solution for your business? When I called almost a full week later, they said I'd have to wait 10 business days for the first direct deposit transfer or take the money out using their super-special-hidden ATMs. It's now been over 2 wks and still nothing.

When I go to try to use it to apply it to a purchase it gets declined AND I get charged ANOTHER fee!!! Completely awful experience.worst place to get fuel cards .Customer services =zero.They canceled our account due to suspected fraud ,but later still were charging monthly fee !!!

So now it took off more fees and basically my money is stuck on this card.

They have stole 15 dollars in fees just to look at my own balance at two of THERE ATMs they had listed and the only option was to look at the balance and nothing more.

Anytime you use the online services, your money goes missing for an indefinite amount of time.
